Construction work on or alongside the railway can disturb the surrounding track structure. Cable troughs, platforms and drainage systems are constructed or renewed, and new sidings may be built – while the adjacent track must remain stable and safely in position.

This is precisely where our «TRACK» solution provides the decisive advantage: it selectively and reliably stabilises the adjacent ballast.

The result is greater safety, shorter construction periods, more efficient site operations once the system is installed, maximum flexibility during the construction phase and significantly easier removal after use.

Once the construction work is complete, «TRACK» can be easily broken up by a tamping pass. The remaining adhesive residues are environmentally harmless and are completely removed from the ballast bed during the next ballast-cleaning cycle.
